The staff does a really good job of keeping the apartment complex clean and well maintained. They clear sidewalks, plow the parking lots when it snows, and pick up trash left around by residents. Originally moved in because of price and availability, stayed because of service & location. Outside of building had complete remodel in 2020. Common areas also new carpet, fixtures & paint. I have had normal wear items replaced. Maintenance has always been punctual. Had new furnace/air conditioner installed in 2021. Every weekday morning the grounds crew picks up errant items that escape the dumpsters. Snow is shoveled from walk ways by 9am. Snow removal from parking lots is great... - Resident
