“I've lived at Irish Hills for almost eight years & I've loved every minute. The property is well maintained. The office & maintenance crew have always been friendly & helpful. The area is very safe & I have never been afraid to come & go at all hours. With all the amenities included in my monthly rent it would be hard to find another apartment that gives me the value I get here at Irish Hills. I look forward to calling Irish Hills my home for many more years.” - Victoria- Google
The staff does a really good job of keeping the apartment complex clean and well maintained. They clear sidewalks, plow the parking lots when it snows, and pick up trash left around by residents. Anytime I have needed a question answered the office staff is always kind and helpful. - Verified Resident- ApartmentRatings.com
I have lived in apartments before and have never been happy due to noise or the quality of the apartment. At Irish Hills I didn't even realize I had neighbors for months due to how quiet it is here. I would highly recommend. - Verified Resident- ApartmentRatings.com
Originally moved in because of price and availability, stayed because of service & location. Outside of building had complete remodel in 2020. Common areas also new carpet, fixtures & paint. I have had normal wear items replaced. Maintenance has always been punctual. Had new furnace/air conditioner installed in 2021. Every weekday morning the grounds crew picks up errant items that escape the dumpsters. Snow is shoveled from walk ways by 9am. Snow removal from parking lots is great... - Resident- ApartmentRatings.com
