When you move in, your apartment will have been cleaned, painted, and have the carpets cleaned or replaced. Your apartment will have been personally inspected by a manager to ensure you will be satisfied in your new home.
We sure do! We have 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
You can submit a request online in your Resident Services account or give the leasing office a call. For an emergency request after hours, call our Emergency Maintenance line at 574-298-3018.

Not at all. With your permission, we will enter your apartment to perform work. If you would like to be home, just let us know.
If you find yourself without a key, call our Emergency Maintenance number at 574-291-3018 and with a photo ID or proof of identification, they can let you into your apartment or provide you with a spare key.
We love for our residents to make the space their home. A reasonable amount of nails and small holes in the walls are allowed. You may even paint the walls, just please add a coat of primer before you move out.
Our community has a swimming pool with large sundeck, volleyball court, off-street parking, and bike racks. We also have select non-smoking buildings, select pet-friendly buildings, and several recycling containers throughout. All apartments include air conditioning, a space to do laundry, and the ability to install Wi-Fi and Cable in your home.
Our pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Yes! Parking is free and not assigned. Our residents do not have trouble finding a space near their apartment. Visitors do not require a special pass.
Select apartments include a stackable washer and dryer. If your apartment does not offer this, it has a community laundry room in the building you can share with fellow neighbors.
Yes! We allow cats and dogs in select buildings.*
To include your furry friend in your home, you will pay a $150 non-refundable Pet fee at move-in or when you adopt/get your pet, plus $20 a month in Pet rent. The fees are the same with one or two pets.
Yes. Dogs cannot be more than 75 lbs. each, and two dogs cannot be more than 100 lbs. combined. The following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Great Danes, Perro de Presa Canarios, Wolf Hybrids, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa or mixed breeds containing any of these. All dogs must be spayed or neutered, have up-to-date shot records, and be approved by the Property Manager.
There is not a pet park, but we do have designated pet waste stations throughout the property.
You apartment will come with a refrigerator and gas range. Select units also include a dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer.
We do not offer furnished apartments.
We offer 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 month leases.

Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
Our Clubhouse is available to rent for all your birthday party, baby shower, and other party needs. The cost is $75 to rent the space and an additional $100 deposit. Call the office to see if your date is available!
Whichever works for you! You can schedule a tour on our website or by calling the office, or stop in whenever is convenient for you.

Your application can be approved the same day if you are in need of a speedy move-in. Documented verification of your income will be needed to approve your application.
On move-in day, your Security Deposit of $300 or $500, $30 Administration Fee, and rent for the remainder of the month will be due. If you move in after the 25th of the month, you will pay the next month's rent as well.
We always recommend Renters' Insurance, take a tour of your specific unit before move-in to get an idea of the space, and introduce yourself to your new neighbors! After move-in, stop by the office if you ever have a problem.
Your rent may be paid online with a debit, credit, or bank account number, through auto-pay, by mailing a check or money order, or with your Walk-In Payment System (WIPS) account.
To pay your rent online, log in to your Resident Services account and click Pay Now. Enter your credit card, debit card, or bank account information to make the payment.
There are additional fees for internet, cable, Dish Network, or a pet.
Renters' Insurance is not required, but we do strongly recommend it!
Included in your rent is gas, water, trash, sewer, and recycling. The only thing you will pay beyond your rent is electricity.
The only utility you are responsible for is electric through Indiana Michigan Power. To set this up, give them a call at 1-800-311-4634 or visit indianamichiganpower.com. Be sure to note your account number, as you will need it when you move-in.
We offer internet and basic cable through Bloom Broadband. We also offer Dish Network for additional cable packages. For more information about any of these services, visit bloombb.net or give our office a call.
No, we do not have any referral promotions at this time.
Visitors and guests are allowed in your home, provided they follow all rules and regulations stated in your lease.
Our prices vary with every lease term, and often time longer leases are at a lower monthly cost. Ask your leasing agent what the best price for you will be! Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for advance payments.
We do not allow subletting. If you have a roommate who would like to move out or someone else interested in moving in, stop by the office or give us a call and we can walk you through the necessary steps.
You are able to break your lease with a fee and by providing a notice. Give the office a call for the specific details.
Yes, this community offers reduced rental rates for long-term residents, seniors, military and emergency service personnel. Eligible residents receive a 3% rent discount during a lease term. It's referred to as the Appreciation Program.
Yes! South Bend Transpo Route 8 stops in our community every 30 minutes on weekdays and every hour on weekends.
Our community is close to Indiana University South Bend, Notre Dame University, and Memorial Hospital. Spend the day at Four Winds Casino, Morris Civic Auditorium, the Potawatomi Zoo, or exploring the downtown scenery.
Irish Hills Apartments is located within Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation.
The closest dog park is Rum Village Dog Park, located 5 miles away off of West Ewing Avenue.
The closest spot for a scenic bike ride is at Rum Village Mountain Bike Trail, located 5 miles away.
Residents shop for groceries at Martin's, Kroger, and Aldi. Target, Meijer and Walmart are also nearby. The nearest shopping mall is University Park Mall, which is about a 20 minute drive.
The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks, located 1.5 miles away on Ireland Rd.
From US-20, exit north at Ironwood Rd. Take a right at Ireland Rd. and 1/4 mile east is Irish Hills Apartments.
Our community is located at Ireland Rd. and to the east of Ironwood Rd., just north of US-20.
